Techno Sport is hiring for the 26/27 season!

We're a family-owned ski and snowboard shop in Calgary, and we're looking for people who genuinely love the outdoors, love gear, and love style to join our crew for the 2026/27 season. Part-time and full-time spots open.

We're a small team, so everyone pitches in everywhere. That said, we know people gravitate toward different strengths, so our staff typically specialize in one or more of these areas:

• Hardgoods: you geek out on skis, boards, bindings, and boots, and love helping someone find the exact setup for how they ride.
• Softgoods: you've got an eye for apparel and what looks good and performs on hill, and you like helping people put together a kit they feel great in.
• Backshop: you're into the technical side: tuning, mounting, repairs, keeping gear dialed.

No matter where you start, you'll get cross trained across all three. We're not a big box store with siloed departments. If it's busy, everyone's on the floor, in the backshop, wherever we're needed.

What matters most to us: An applicant with a background in sales or customer service is preferred and additional consideration will be given towards those with experience in winter sports. However, real enthusiasm for skiing, snowboarding, fashion, and the culture around it is what we are looking for. A killer resume with zero passion loses to an average resume with the real thing, every time. If you're new to one of the three areas but excited to learn, that's exactly who we want.
